Steam currently lists Windows, macOS and SteamOS/Linux support. The requirements are broad and some lines appear inconsistent, so treat them as a pre-launch reference rather than a performance guarantee.
Windows requirements
| Minimum | Recommended | |
| OS | 64-bit Windows listing includes 7 / 8.1 / 10* | Windows 10 64-bit |
| CPU | Intel i3 processor | Intel i7 processor |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM | 16 GB RAM |
| Graphics | GTX 660 or Radeon R9 270 | GTX 960+ or Radeon R9 380+ |
| Storage | 10 GB | 12 GB |
* Steam itself no longer supports older Windows versions, so players should use a currently supported Windows version even though the game listing still shows legacy entries.
macOS and Linux
| macOS minimum | macOS 10.10+, four-core CPU / Apple M1 or higher, 8 GB RAM, GTX 660-equivalent graphics, 10 GB storage |
|---|---|
| Linux minimum | Ubuntu 12.04 LTS+, 8 GB RAM, GTX 660-equivalent listing, 10 GB storage |
Listing inconsistency: the macOS recommended storage line currently shows “12 MB,” which is almost certainly not a practical full-game figure. We do not repeat that as a trustworthy recommendation.

Performance advice before buying
- Wait for launch-day reviews if your PC is close to minimum.
- Laptop GPU names can be misleading; compare the exact model, not just “i7” or “GTX.”
- Early Access optimization can improve or regress between patches.
- Cloud streaming availability may offer another route, but service regions and library access can change.
